Don't shy away from experiencing bold and adventurous flavor combinations! Our Exotic Chocolate Collection made with unconventional and unexpected ingredients from all over the world will have you craving for a unique symphony of exquisite tastes over and over again. The inspiration of using exotic flavors came from a desire to use unusual ingredients and combinations. My mission was to be adventurous and push people to think beyond traditional favors. One of my favorite combinations in this collection are Coconut Curry and Passion Fruit Caramel with Togarashi (a common Japanese spice mixture.
