WHAT DO I NEED TO UNLOCK EACH LEVEL?
You need a certain number of Points and successful referrals to unlock each level.

WHERE DO I CHECK MY POINTS?
Youcan check your Pink Points balance on your dashboard.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY COUPONS?
Your coupon will be emailed to you after 4-5 hours, and yourMy Account and My Coupon section in your dashboard account area will update toreflect your coupon as well once it’s available to redeem. Once you reachcheckout, you will need to add your coupon code into the Promotions box atcheckout. Your coupon will be able to be applied when your cart hits $50.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COUPON?
DOES MY COUPON EXPIRE?
All good things must come to an end. Your coupon will expire after . But don’t worry, babe, I’ll give you plenty of notice before it’s too late to make sure you don’t miss out.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO SPEND TO REDEEM MY COUPON?
To redeem your coupon on your next order, you’ll need to spend $50 for it to apply. If you have a $10 coupon, this means your order will be brought down to $40, and so on. If you don’t know what to spend your hard earned cash on
CAN I REDEEM MULTIPLE COUPONS IN ONE TRANSACTION?
Only one coupon can be redeemed at a time. If you have multiple coupons in your account, you can choose which coupon you want to redeem at checkout using the toggle to select and apply to your order.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY FREE PRODUCT WHEN I UPGRADE?
Once you level up, you’ll receive an email welcoming you to the next level. Within this email, you’ll see a prompt to add your free product to your next order. All you need to do is follow this link and you’ll see your complementary surprise gift added to your cart.
WHEN WILL I SEE MY POINTS BALANCE UPDATE?
Your Points balance should update almost instantly. There are some areas that take a little longer to update, for example receiving new coupons and levelling up within your account area. You’ll know when your Points balance has updated as you’ll receive an email letting you know how many you earned from your latest action.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY PINK POINTS I HAVE UNTIL I REACH THE NEXT LEVEL?
You can find your Points balance and how far you are away from the next level in your My Account section within your Hotel Pink area. You’ll see a scale that will also show you the number of points you need to level up.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY POINTS HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL?
You can check your Pink Points balance on dashboard.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ABOUT TO GO DOWN A LEVEL?
I will send you an email to let you know if you’re at risk of being downgraded. It’s pretty simple, you just need to keep earning Pink Points.
I PURCHASED SOMETHING BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY POINTS. WHAT’S GOING ON?
Points are only assigned to customers who sign up to be part of our Schoki club. If you believe you should have more points than you currently do, you can contact my customer service team here.
I’VE SHARED DDALLMANN WITH A FRIEND ON SOCIAL, WHY HAVEN’T I GOT EXTRA POINTS?
You need to make sure you share it with via your Dallmann Schoki dashboard. Go to the “Earn Points” page then click “Share ”. That’s when Points will automatically be added to your account.
HOW DO THE REFERRAL DISCOUNTS WORK?
Every friend you refer via the “Refer A Friend” page on your dashboard who then purchases using their unique code within 14 days of receiving the email, will pass on the same discount to you. Each level has a different discount for each friend referred.
The Schoki Admirer: 5% for every friend successfully referred.
The SChoki Lover: 10% for every friend successfully referred.
The Schoki obsessed: 15% for every friend successfully referred.
These discounts do not accumulate. The same discount is given for each friend successfully referred. These discounts cannot be used with any other offer and must be used within 14 days of receiving the email.
WHAT MAKES A “SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL”?
You refer a friend through your dashboard, via the “Refer a Friend” page. You use that form to refer your BFF. They then purchase using the code sent in an email to them. That is one friend referred and a discount in your pocket. Remember, they have to be a new customer.
HOW DO I LEAVE A PRODUCT REVIEW?
Product Reviews are only accessible to customers after they purchase that product. These reviews are emailed to customers 1 weeks after purchase, so again keep an eye out on your inbox for one.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PERKS?
All of these amazing perks will be delivered to your eager eyes via email, so make sure your details (inc email address) are up to date. You can check your info in your account dashboard.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
On the Account sign-in page, select ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow the instructions.
WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING ANY EMAILS ABOUT DALLMANN SCHOKI CLUB?
Your email may have been recorded incorrectly in our system. Please check your details are correct under the ‘Your account details’ section of the dashboard. Don’t forget to check your junk mail, too.
