Refund policy

At Dallmann Confections, we pour our hearts into every handcrafted chocolate and want your experience to be as sweet as possible. If something goes wrong along the way, we’re here to make it right.

What We Cover:

We offer protection on all domestic orders against:

  • Damaged products (including melting)

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen deliveries

If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, you can choose between:

  • A full refund
    or

  • A free replacement shipment

Your happiness is our priority!

How to File a Claim:

To help us process your claim smoothly, please:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged chocolates

    • The shipping box

    • The ice pack (if included)

A Few Things to Note:

  • We do not offer refunds for shipping delays when the product arrives in good condition.

  • International orders are not covered under our refund or replacement policy at this time.

  • Chocolate subscriptions and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
