Refund policy

  • We offer route protection, which is added automatically to your order. It covers your purchase from being lost, stolen, damaged, or melted.
  • To receive your refund or chocolate replacement you must take a picture of your damaged or melted product and file the claim with route protection directly.
  • Route protection will send you a coverage email after your purchase with instructions on how to file your claim.
  • If you choose to opt out of Dallmann's route protection, we will not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or melted chocolates
  • Dallmann's does not offer any returns or exchanges on chocolate subscriptions. All subscription purchases are final.
  • Chocolates are perishable and we cannot guarantee the quality of our chocolates if they are not consumed within 2 weeks from receiving your product.
