Every chocolatier's journey begins with a spark of inspiration, and for me, that spark was ignited by the creation of my very first chocolate: Sea Salt Caramel. Here’s the story of how it all began.

My love for the harmonious blend of sweet and savory flavors led me to the idea of combining rich, velvety caramel with a hint of sea salt.
