The lemon & thyme chocolate truffle is an infusion of fresh thyme and organic lemon juice mixed into a white chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell. 

Ingredients: White Chocolate (Min cocoa 28.1/ Min milk solids 23%),Whole milk
powder, Cocoa mass, Emulsifier; Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla, heavy cream, lemon
extract, thyme, sorbitol
